Terms and Conditions – Culburra Beach Motel
Welcome to Culburra Beach Motel! By booking and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
- Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFT payments. Full payment for your stay is required upon check-in.
- Rates: All rates are in AUD and include applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed reservations will not be affected.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Late Check-out: Subject to availability and additional fees may apply. Please contact reception if you require a late check-out.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Reservations: Free cancellation if made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Non-Refundable Reservations: Special promotional rates or non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified without forfeiting the full amount of the stay.
- No-Show: If you fail to arrive without prior notice, the full booking amount may be charged.
4. Group Bookings
- Special terms and conditions apply for group bookings, including deposits and cancellation policies. Please contact us for more details if booking multiple rooms.
5. Room Occupancy
- Each room’s occupancy limit is specified during booking and must not be exceeded. Additional guests may incur extra charges or may not be accommodated if the room's capacity is reached.
6. Pets
- We do not allow pets on the premises, except for registered service animals with appropriate documentation.
7. No Smoking
- All rooms and indoor areas of the Culburra Beach Motel are non-smoking. Guests found smoking in rooms will be charged a cleaning fee of $250. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
8. Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping is provided. If you require additional towels or amenities, please contact reception.
9. Damage & Loss
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the motel property during their stay, including damage to rooms, furnishings, or communal areas.
- Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
10. Parking
- Complimentary parking is available directly in front of each room. Culburra Beach Motel is not liable for any damage or theft to vehicles or belongings left in vehicles.
11. Noise Policy
- To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Excessive noise may result in guests being asked to vacate without a refund.
12. Children
- Children are welcome at the Culburra Beach Motel. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.
13. BBQ Area
- Our communal BBQ area is available for all guests. Please clean up after use and be considerate of other guests.
14. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please ensure valuables are securely stored during your stay.
15. Force Majeure
- The Culburra Beach Motel is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
16. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during your stay is used for the purpose of managing your reservation and providing you with the best possible experience.
17. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest who does not comply with our terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behavior.
